Over the past 13 years has developed technology and software solutions for multiple industries and corporations for both the public and private sector. From 1996 to 2000 was in charge of the Internet Department for CIATEQ, A.C.1 a leading research and technology center, part of the National Science and Technology Council (CONACYT) where he worked in projects for regional state governments in the Bajio area and a World Bank funded information system for Redsocial de America Latina.
From 1998-2000 he was in charge of the online strategy and operation of Amigos de Fox, A.C.2 3 a grassroots organization that supported Vicente Fox’s presidential campaign. After a ground breaking campaign, he went to the private sector as IT director for Fonet Global, Inc. A Dallas based voip & telecomm company with operations in Mexico, Brazil, US and the Caribbean.
Mr. Huicochea is actively engaged in helping small business thrive and succeed using the Internet and Social Media platforms to generate more leads, sales and customers.
